Weekend fun!

This is my neice Lori, my sister Sue's daughter. She was married this past weekend in Snow Flake at the Temple there. Even though her reception was rained out it was a fun weekend. They are a really cute couple. His parents own the DQ in Show Low so we had ice cream cake at the reception... can't beat that. Her photographer took some really cute pictures down here in downtown Mesa So I had to post them..

Here they are coming out of the Temple.

Tayla and Madyson graduated from Kindergarten last week also. So here is a catchup post on the last little while.

Two weekends ago the Sibley's came into town, so I had to get a pictures of the best friends.

Plays and Awards!

Tonight Lexie recieved an award at school. The Presidential Award. For getting a 3.5 GPA all three years of Jr. High. Yeah we were so proud of her.! Her plaque was signed by Pres. Obama, and she recieved a letter from him also. Her and all the other 30 kids who won...
Last night Haley had a choir concert. She had a solo, as Mrs. Potts in Beauty and the Beast. She did a great job. She also recieved an award. A spirit award. The kids in her class nominated her and voted for her. Yeah Haley!

On Tuesday Tayla and Madyson did a play for the school, they do it tomorrow for their parents. It's called a Barn yard MOOsical... Tayla was a dancing cow, (although she didn't really dance, "it's embarrassing..." Which is so funny cause she is such a little singer, guess singing is different then dancing.. :) She is such a little cha cha... girl. I told her today when she was playing dress up in an old dance costume, that she was a little hoocy mama, and she said "grandma you where a lot of make up too!" Wasn't quite where I was going with that... :)

Madyson was a talking pig. They both did a good job and were very cute, of course!

9th grade formal

Last night was 9th grade formal! I really don't like that they do this dance and when Kirsten went I said my kids wouldn't go... Yeah... well... Lexie and Kim wanted to go so they got new dresses and Kirsten came over to do her hair. They had a great time. I think they danced a couple of times with the two boys who didn't have dates..... Overall they had a great time. And they looked beautiful!

Today was a busy fun day. First we went to a great Baptism, and then Chloe and the twins had a tumbling recital. They did a great job and it was a lot of fun!
